The program

Two tracks. One year. Real impact.

Embark members join Ultralytics full time on a 12-month contract. You'll work on projects that reach millions of users, alongside a global team, and successful members will have the opportunity to gain a permanent offer.

  • R&D: Join our Product and Engineering teams and build the models, platform and tools developers use every day.
  • Business: Work across Growth, Go-To-Market and Operations and help a fast-growing AI company reach new customers and scale.

Start together in London

The whole cohort flies into London to onboard together. After that, you'll spend your 12-month contract in London, Madrid or New York.

  • Ready to go: Your MacBook Air and accounts are set up, and you'll hear from your manager before day one.
  • Fly into London: Meet the cohort and the team, learn how Ultralytics works and get hands-on with Ultralytics YOLO and Ultralytics Platform.
  • Your home office: Head to London, Madrid or New York, join your track team and pick up your first real project.
  • Grow with the team: Regular check-ins with your manager and mentor, with the opportunity to gain a permanent offer.

Coaching and mentorship program

Every Embark member gets support from three directions, so you always have someone to learn from, someone to challenge you and someone going through it with you.

Regular 1:1s, clear goals and day-to-day coaching on the work you're doing.

An experienced Ultralytics colleague outside your team who helps you grow your career.
