Where Ultralytics YOLO Vision began
The first Ultralytics YOLO Vision brought the YOLO community together with talks from 18 companies, the Ultralytics HUB launch, and an open-source panel on the future of vision AI.
About Ultralytics YOLO Vision
Ultralytics YOLO Vision 2022 was the first edition of our annual event: one day, September 27, 2022, with speakers from 18 companies across the open-source vision AI community, including partners Comet, Deci, ClearML, Paperspace, and Roboflow.
- Opening keynote: Glenn Jocher, Founder and CEO of Ultralytics, on how YOLOv5 was built and where it's being used, from cancer detection to ocean plastic and fire prevention. Watch the keynote.
- Ultralytics HUB launch: the no-code way to train and deploy YOLOv5 models, presented by the team that built it.
- Open-source panel: YOLOv5 (Ultralytics), YOLOv6 (Meituan), MMDetection (OpenMMLab), and PaddlePaddle (Baidu) on the projects shaping vision AI. Watch the panel.
- Technical talks: Joseph Nelson (Roboflow) on dataset quality in production, Aishwarya Srinivasan (Deepchecks) on validating ML models, Danny Bickson on managing visual data with fastdup, Mark Kurtz (Neural Magic) on fast YOLOv5 CPU inference with sparsity, and Guanzhong Wang (Baidu) on PaddleDetection and PP-YOLO.
